Celebrating Excellence: Eagle Mountain Chamber Ambassadors Thank You Dinner



In a festive evening filled with gratitude and recognition, the Eagle Mountain Chamber Ambassadors recently gathered for their annual Thank You Dinner. Hosted at the Chamber Business Resource Center, the event was a celebration of the dedicated individuals who have gone above and beyond in their roles as Chamber Ambassadors. Outgoing Ambassador Committee Chair, Laura Jensen, presided over the awards ceremony, honoring exceptional members for their outstanding contributions.

Awards and Honorees:
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the presentation of awards, recognizing the diverse talents and unwavering commitment of the Eagle Mountain Chamber Ambassadors. The following individuals received well-deserved accolades:

Outgoing Leadership Transition:

The leadership baton was officially passed during the ceremony as Mike DuCharme took over as the new Committee Chair, with Sara LeBreton and Mike Benson stepping into the roles of Vice Chairs. Their dedication and enthusiasm for the chamber's mission are sure to guide the Ambassador Committee to new heights.


Looking Forward to 2024:

As the Eagle Mountain Chamber Ambassadors step into the future, 2024 promises exciting upgrades and initiatives. Monthly meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday of each month, providing a platform for ambassadors to collaborate and strategize. New Member Onboarding sessions, under the title Chamber 101, will welcome fresh faces and foster a sense of community.


Acknowledging Business Excellence:

In addition to recognizing outstanding individuals, the Ambassador Committee is set to introduce the monthly Outstanding Business Award. This initiative aims to highlight and applaud local businesses that have demonstrated excellence in various aspects, contributing to the growth and vitality of the Eagle Mountain community.


Spotlight on Home-Based Businesses:

Acknowledging the rise of home-based entrepreneurs, the Ambassador Committee is introducing a new category - the Outstanding Home-Based Business Award. This addition recognizes the significant impact of home-based businesses on the local economy and encourages entrepreneurial spirit within the community.


The Eagle Mountain Chamber Ambassadors Thank You Dinner was not just a farewell to the past but a resounding welcome to the future. As the new leadership takes charge and exciting initiatives are set in motion, the chamber is poised for a year of growth, collaboration, and continued excellence. The dedication of the ambassadors and the support of the community are the driving forces behind the chamber's success, ensuring that Eagle Mountain remains a vibrant and thriving community.

Create a comprehensive plan for inventory, staffing, and customer communications. If you’re in retail, ensure your shelves are stocked early to avoid last-minute stress. For service-based businesses, consider implementing online booking systems or adjusting your hours to accommodate increased demand. 2. Embrace the Spirit of the Season Bring the holiday cheer to your business! Decorate your space, offer seasonal promotions, and share holiday messages on your social media channels. Engaging in festive activities creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers and builds a sense of community around your brand. 3. Send thank-you notes, offer exclusive deals to loyal customers, and recognize your team’s hard work during this hectic time. The holiday season is a juggling act for any business owner, but with careful planning, strategic delegation, and a focus on what matters most, you can enjoy both business success and meaningful moments with your family.
